CONGRESS REGISTRATION

(*)  Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from their head of department confirming their status.
(**) Women representing endometriosis support organisations.

Fees for participants include:
(1) Opening ceremony on Sunday/participation in all scientific sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday/entrance to the exhibition/abstract book and final programme.
(2) Participation on Sunday in one the pre-congress course PC#1 “Excellence in endometriosis surgery” or PC#2 “The uterus in the endometriosis-adenomyosis syndrome” and the opening ceremony.

Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, email or fax) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:
By to 31 May 2011: €30 will be withheld for administrative costs,
After 31 May 2011: no refund
